Cab Tilting Pump Fault Repair

When the cab tilting pump malfunctions, it is crucial to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately and take effective repair measures. If abnormal noises occur during the lifting process, first check whether the pump body fixing bolts are loose, whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient and uncontaminated, and whether there is any air intake in the suction pipeline. For abnormal noise troubleshooting, it is important to distinguish between mechanical friction sounds and hydraulic impact sounds—the former may indicate bearing or plunger wear, while the latter may be caused by pipeline blockage or pressure valve failure.

Emergency repair of oil seal leakage is a common requirement. When oil seal seepage is detected, immediately clean the oil around the leakage point and check whether the oil seal lip is damaged or aged. If a new oil seal cannot be replaced immediately, special sealing adhesive may be used for temporary repair, but the genuine oil seal should be replaced as soon as possible, and the shaft journal should be inspected for wear.

In addition, when the MANual pump has insufficient pressure, troubleshooting should be carried out step by step, including checking the sealing performance of the check valve, verifying the reliability of the operating lever connection, and inspecting the condition of the internal seals.

Mastering these core diagnostic skills and emergency repair methods can effectively reduce equipment downtime and ensure the reliability of the lifting system. Regular inspection of these key components is also an important means of preventing failures.
