How to disassemble a cabin tilt cylinder?
1Remove the circlip and keeper ring from the head of the cabin tilt cylinder.
2.Use a bent screwdriver or similar tool to extract the O-ring.
3.Use a soft hammer and plastic block similar to one shown to push the head back into the shaft.
4.Use a bent screwdriver or similar tool to extract the stainless steel retainer clip from the cabin tilt cylinder.
5.Pull on the shaft to remove it from inside the barrel.
